Introduction

The International  Association of Administrative Professionals® (IAAP®) has approximately 40,000 members and affiliates worldwide, and is the world's largest association for administrative assistants, office coordinators, clerical supervisors, executive secretaries, and other administrative staff positions.

IAAP, established in 1942, is an international non-profit association headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri that works in partnership with employers and educators to promote professional excellence.

To be the acknowledged, recognized leader of administrative professionals and to enhance their individual and collective value, image, competence, and influence. 

Our Purpose

To provide information, education, and training and to set standards of excellence recognized by the business community on a global perspective.
